Beating cancer together sets our graduates apart

What sets you apart?

We’re looking for talented graduates who can help us with this important and challenging goal. To help you decide if you could be one of them, we’ve set out what we’re looking for in our graduates below. Please read through this carefully before you apply: we only have a few spaces on our graduate schemes, and the selection process is tough.

Problem Solving

On the Graduate Scheme you’ll be faced with a variety of different challenges. We’re looking for flexible thinkers who can bring fresh insights, and take calculated risks when it’s the right thing to do. Of course attention to detail is important, but you’ll also need to be able to see the bigger picture and consider long-term implications.

Achieving Results

With such important goals to reach, results count. We expect you to juggle several tasks, be organised and able to prioritise conflicting demands, but it’s about more than that. We need people who are proactive, able to make decisions and make things happen. We’re looking for people who will go the extra mile to achieve exceptional results.

Communicating & Influencing

We need graduates with excellent communication skills, who can make a positive impact on a variety of audiences. You’ll need to be persuasive, articulate and confident, able to get your point across and justify your opinions.

Leadership

We are looking for people who have the potential to become our future managers & leaders. We need resilient people who can take the lead and bring others with them. You will already have shown this potential by taking a leading role - whether that’s at university, at work, in your extra curricular or voluntary activities.

Drive & Motivation

We are passionate about our vision and the work we do, and we’re looking for people who share that passion. We need people who are ambitious; set high standards for themselves and others; and strive to reach them. We are looking for people who are keen to challenge themselves and learn.

Building Relationships

One of our values is collaboration. In order to be a success here you’ll need to be able to build relationships and networks across the organisation, and use these to get the best result. Part of this will be about seeing things from others perspective, building trust and credibility.
