Graduate Scheme Application Process

  Before you apply please read the following carefully, make sure you have also read our Eligibility and what we're looking for  sections, this will help you decide if the graduate scheme is right for you. We only have a limited number of places on the scheme and the selection process is tough. If shortlisted you will be asked to attend two selection days in London in February and March.

Stage 1

To apply you must complete an online competency based application form and a situational judgement test. Applications are now open and will close on 5th January 2010. We will begin shortlisting after the application deadline and you will be notified of your application status by email.

Stage 2

If your application is successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to complete psychometric tests online. To help you prepare, a practice version of the GCI tests we use are available here. We'll let you know your test result by email.

Stage 3

If you are successful in the online tests you will be invited to attend an assessment day at our offices in London. This will involve an interview, a case study and a group exercise. This will take place in late February/early March. 

Stage

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a final round assessment day which will involve a second interview and a presentation. This will take place in March.
