 Eligibility for the Graduate Scheme

If you wish to apply you must be able to answer Yes to all of the following.

You will have or expect to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in any Degree discipline (this must be your undergraduate degree, we do not make exceptions if you do not hold a 2:1 but achieved a Masters)

You have 280 UCAS points

You must have GCSE Maths and English at 'C' grade

You must have the permanent right to live and work in the UK without restriction or you are entitled to apply, or have an outstanding application for a valid work permit.

We are looked for graduates who have already shown that they are driven and can achieve results. In order to apply for the scheme you need to have experience outside of your academic achievements, for example; work experience, internships, summer placements, voluntary experience or positions of responsibility at university.

You can apply for our PhD Programmes if:

  • You are a recent graduate or final year undergraduate
  • You have, or are expecting, a 2:1 degree or above
  • You have laboratory research experience (either as part of, or in addition to, your degree course)
  • You are able to satisfy the English language requirements of university registration
